Resource speed limits: maximal rate of resource variation

Abstract Recent advances in quantum resource theories have been driven by the fact that many information protocols make use of different facets same physical features, e.g. entanglement, coherence, etc. Resource formalise role these important features a given protocol. One question remains open until now is: how quickly can be generated or degraded? Using toolkit speed limits we construct bounds on minimum time required for to change fixed increment, which might thought as power said resource, i.e., rate variation. We show derived are tight considering several examples. Finally, discuss some applications our results, include generalisations thermodynamic work, heat, and any well fundamental computation leading processing architectures.
